This is our last week and we will reflect upon your experience in this course and how it will inform your practice from now on. To do this we are going to develop an action plan so that you can feel confident about how you can transfer the learning from this course into your classroom.  Having an action plan will mean that you have clear goals so that you can be specific about the resources, support and timescales this will involve. We will also take some time to consider how you can evaluate the impact of your planned actions so that you can celebrate your successes and make any relevant alterations to your practice.

To do this we will focus on the following key questions:
