Major Milestone: Serbian Ministry of Education Accredits PDQ Programme

    Dear fellow Programme Leaders,

We are delighted to announce that the Serbian Ministry of Education has officially accredited the PDQ programme Certificate in Classroom Practice delivered by Education for Serbia, Cambridge PDQ Centre.

This accreditation follows a successful pilot programme conducted with 24 carefully selected teachers. The participants were chosen through a rigorous selection process designed to ensure a truly representative sample of Serbia's educational landscape. Our cohort included teachers from:

    • Various geographical regions across Serbia
    • Both urban and rural schools
    • Primary and secondary educational institutions
    • General education and vocational education and training (VET) schools
    • Different career stages – from newly qualified teachers to experienced practitioners

This represents a major milestone in implementing the PDQ programme in Serbia, delivered in the Serbian language specifically for teachers working in Serbian state schools. The successful accreditation brings Cambridge educational standards directly to Serbian classrooms, supporting our teachers' professional development and enhancing educational quality nationwide.

We are immensely proud of this accomplishment and look forward to continuing our mission of bringing Cambridge standards closer to Serbian schools. This achievement marks an important step forward in strengthening educational excellence across Serbia's diverse school network.

    Kind regards,

    Lana
