Did the revolutions have anything in common? Why did most of the revolutions fail? Did the revolutions change anything?

As a class, organise the hexagons. There are four revolutions. Which hexagons are causes? Which hexagons are reasons for failure, which are changes that occurred?

Learners can then explain the similarities and differences between the causes, reasons for failure and changes that occurred in the different revolutions of 1848.
