The candidate demonstrates an appropriate ability to identify some of the characteristics of the designers’ work.

The candidate understands that a fusion of approaches is often required in fashion and design activity. This also demonstrates that the candidate is taking account of both the form and the style of the assignment. This attracted marks in the Good band of AO2.
