The candidate’s area of study is digital photography. This candidate produces a study of boundaries, in black and white. The candidate produces a proposal in the form of a physical image composed of found objects and printed digital images.

This final proposal brings together elements from the work of the artists and movements studied. The candidate describes in detail how the proposal will take physical form and some of the constraints that imposes. The candidate works to resolve these constraints with a creative tenacity which is typical of the whole activity.

The candidate skilfully presents two columns of carefully formatted text reflected by two well-proportioned images. The candidate successfully uses the white space around the text and images and deftly deployed the space within and between words. This attracts high marks in AO2 and AO4.
